Bestowing of The Award
- The Award shall be bestowed on an Awardee at a special ceremony on 13th November, Mahasamadhi Day of H.H. Dr. Swami Rama. The ceremony will be organized within the premises of Swami Rama Himalayan University, Swami Ram Nagar, Jolly Grant, Dehradun 248016, Uttarakhand.
- The Awardee shall be invited to receive the Award in person and, if possible, address the public highlighting the work & significant contribution for which the Award has been bestowed.
- Non-acceptance of Award : In case the Awardee declines the Award, then the award amount will immediately revert to the Swami Rama Himalayan University. If an awardee accepts the Award yet fails to draw the award amount within the period of 03 months, then also the amount shall revert to the Swami Rama Himalayan University.
