B.Sc. Nursing

This program prepares students to be expert clinical nurses at the bedside in addition to initial preparation in nursing education and nursing administration. The curriculum includes training in a broad spectrum of scientific, critical-thinking, humanistic, communication, and leadership skills. These abilities are essential for today's professional nursing where nurses are expected to perform as skilled provider, manager and coordinator of care.The program also enables the student to assume leadership roles in nursing clinical practice, administration, teaching and research. With B.Sc. Nursing programmes, you will be able to:

1. Develop deep understanding of the nursing concepts, principles, and techniques.
2. Acquire skills to evaluate health status, identify the nursing needs, plan and execute commensurate nursing care
