Appraising Performance:

This module focuses on the various methodologies for evaluating employee performance and their significance in HRM.

Compensating Employees:

This module focuses on procedures for designing and managing employee compensation to enhance HRM practices.

Managing Labour Relations and Collective Bargaining:

This module addresses the strategies for managing labor relations and outlines procedures for effective collective bargaining.

  • Candidates should have completed at least Higher Secondary (10+2) education, or hold a Diploma in any field from a recognized institution.
