Students actively participated, sharing their experiences and engaging in meaningful dialogue, which made the session highly interactive and relatable.
Dr. Avinash also shared valuable coping strategies, highlighting the importance of seeking professional help, maintaining work-life balance, and nurturing supportive peer relationships. Practical tips on mindfulness and stress management were provided to help students develop resilience and sustain positive mental health practices.

Overall, the program was highly insightful and impactful — fostering awareness, reducing stigma, and empowering students to prioritize their emotional well-being with a proactive and informed mindset.
