Requirement of Sr. Executive/Executive-Placement Cell

Qualification & Experience           Job Responsibilities
·                 Educational Qualification :

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Human Resources, or Education. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications are advantageous.

 Experience: Minimum 3 years previous experience in placements, career counseling, or human resources, preferably in an educational or corporate setting.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders with a proactive and innovative approach to enhancing career services and fostering student success

 

Corporate Relations Management :

1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners, industry professionals, and potential employers to promote collaboration and facilitate job placements.

2. Identify and engage with key stakeholders to understand industry trends and requirements for student placements

Career Counseling and Guidance:

1. Coordinate and manage the end-to-end placement process, including organizing recruitment drives, interviews, and placement events both on-campus and virtually.

2. Facilitate communication between students, alumni, and prospective employers to ensure successful job placements

Internship Programs

1. Develop and oversee internship programs in collaboration with industry partners, providing students with valuable hands-on experience and industry exposure.

2. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of internship programs and provide recommendations for improvement.

Employer Outreach and Networking

1. Proactively identify new opportunities for student internships, placements, and employment through networking and outreach efforts to diverse organizations and industries.

2. Participate in industry events, job fairs, and professional networking activities to promote the university’s placement services and enhance its reputation among potential employers

Data Management and Reporting

1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student placements, internships, and career development activities.

2. Prepare regular reports and analyses on placement trends, alumni success stories, and employer feedback to assess the effectiveness of the university’s career services.

Any other responsibility assigned from time to time in the interest of the University
