Himalayan College of Nursing is actively engaged in research and development oriented activities aiming to improvement of nursing practice and public health initiatives. Our research activities focus on non-communicable diseases, maternal and child health, geriatric ca To support this mission, the institution has identified thrust areas of research, including:

To foster a vibrant research environment, the institution regularly organizes workshops, conferences, symposiums, seminars, webinars, FDPs, and Continuing Nursing Education (CNE) programs on research methodology, evidence-based practice, and clinical innovations. These activities play a crucial role in capacity building, encouraging a culture of inquiry, and facilitating the translation of research into practice.
