A bootcamp for final-year Nursing students

The Himalayan Centre for Innovation & Entrepreneurship (HCIE) organized a Boot Camp for final-year Nursing students of SRHU on 22-11-2024, integrating entrepreneurial principles with healthcare expertise.

This hands-on, interactive program focused on enhancing students’ professional competencies, leadership skills, and business acumen in the healthcare sector. Through workshops, real-world case studies, and problem-solving exercises, participants explored innovative healthcare solutions, entrepreneurship opportunities, and emerging trends in nursing and hospital management. The boot camp emphasized teamwork, critical thinking, and the application of business strategies in healthcare, preparing students for leadership roles and entrepreneurial ventures. By bridging nursing practice with innovation and enterprise, the program encouraged students to develop solutions for healthcare challenges and explore independent career path as entrepreneurs.

The session concluded with a reflective discussion, where students set personal goals and shared their aspirations for contributing to the evolving healthcare ecosystem. The overwhelmingly positive feedback underscored their newfound confidence in both professional practice and healthcare entrepreneurship.
