He underscored the need for nurturing newly appointed faculty through structured mentoring systems to ensure consistent academic quality. The session concluded with a one-to-one interaction that enabled meaningful dialogue on teaching practices, research productivity, and institutional quality enhancement, offering valuable insights for academic advancement.
On the same day, a second interactive session titled “Personality Development for Professional Success” was organized for students. Addressing aspiring professionals, Prof. Ansari emphasized that success extends beyond academic qualifications and is deeply influenced by personality, mindset, and leadership qualities. He encouraged students to cultivate positivity, self-discipline, and clarity of goals while maintaining physical and mental well-being through healthy lifestyle practices. Highlighting the importance of the 3 E’s—Energy, Enthusiasm, and Empathy—he stressed effective communication, self-reflection, and constructive interpersonal behavior as essential professional attributes. Through practical examples, he differentiated qualities of successful individuals, including strategic planning, time management, confidence, and a solution-oriented outlook. The highly interactive session motivated students to pursue holistic development and strengthen their readiness for professional challenges. Together, both sessions reflected the university’s commitment to academic excellence, value-based education, and the holistic development of educators and learners alike.
