HSMS Hosts Insightful Lecture on Digital HR Transformation by ONGC Expert
On October 19, 2024, the Himalayan School of Management Studies (HSMS) at Swami Rama Himalayan University hosted an illuminating guest lecture on the theme “Digital Transformation in HR Operations: Navigating the Future of Work.” The session was delivered by Ms. Arati Rudrapal, a senior executive from the HR Department of ONGC, Dehradun, and attended by 52 students from MBA and BBA programs.
Prof. Shweta Sethi opened the session by warmly welcoming the guest and the participants. The lecture was a part of HSMS’s continued commitment to bridging academic learning with emerging industry practices, particularly in the rapidly evolving domain of human resource management.
