Advertisement for Faculty Position – Assistant Professor (Clinical Psychology)
Applications are invited from eligible, qualified, and committed candidates for the post of Assistant Professor in the Department of Clinical Psychology, Himalayan Institute of Medical Sciences.
Essential Qualifications:
- M.Phil in Clinical Psychology (RCI-recognized)
- Registration with the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) as a Clinical Psychologist
- Minimum 3 years of teaching/research/clinical experience (preferable)
- Desirable: Ph.D. in Psychology, Publications in peer-reviewed journals
Job Responsibilities:
- Teaching undergraduate and postgraduate psychology students
- Supervising clinical practicum and research work
- Conducting and supervising psychological assessments and psychotherapeutic interventions
- Contributing to curriculum development and academic planning
- Participating in outreach, training, and community mental health programs
