The Climate Action Club has organized an interactive Quiz on the occasion of National Energy Conservation Day-2025 at School of Science & Technology on 13th December 2025, to promote awareness about energy conservation and responsible use of energy resources. The event was organized and coordinated by Ms. Princy Tyagi and Dr. Ashutosh Kumar Choudhary. The program aimed to educate students on the efficient use of energy resources and to encourage responsible behavior towards saving electricity and protecting the environment for future generations. As part of the celebration, an interactive quiz activity was conducted on the Kahoot platform, where students actively participated. The quiz included questions related to energy conservation, renewable energy sources, energy-saving practices, and environmental sustainability. This engaging and technology-driven activity made learning enjoyable while reinforcing key concepts related to energy efficiency. Students showed great enthusiasm and actively interacted throughout the session. The quiz helped enhance their awareness and understanding of how small individual actions, such as switching off unused electrical devices and using energy-efficient appliances, can collectively contribute to significant energy savings. The celebration of National Energy Conservation Day successfully instilled a sense of responsibility among students towards conserving energy and promoting sustainable development. The activity emphasized the importance of adopting energy-efficient practices in daily life and reflected SST’s commitment to spreading environmental awareness and fostering a culture of sustainability on campus. Overall, the program was informative, interactive, and impactful, contributing effectively to the goal of building an energy-conscious and environmentally responsible society.
