Entrepreneurial Artwork Competition for students of the M.Sc. II semesters (Microbiology & Biotechnology) on ‘Bio-innovations & Entrepreneurship’
The Himalayan Centre for Innovation & Entrepreneurship (HCIE) has organized an Entrepreneurial Artwork Competition for students of the M.Sc. II semesters (Microbiology & Biotechnology) on ‘Bio-innovations & Entrepreneurship’ on 21st June 2024.
The entrepreneurial artwork session at HCIE provided biosciences students with a unique opportunity to merge scientific knowledge with artistic creativity, enabling them to express complex biological concepts through painting. This interactive activity encouraged participants to think beyond traditional scientific frameworks, fostering innovative problem-solving and critical thinking skills. By engaging in hands-on artistic expression, students were able to visualize and communicate intricate scientific ideas in a more engaging manner. The session also promoted collaboration and teamwork, allowing participants to exchange insights, refine their creative approaches, and work collectively on shared projects.
Additionally, the initiative aimed to nurture an entrepreneurial mindset by inspiring students to explore new ways of presenting and commercializing scientific innovations through artistic representation.
