A five-day workshop on Acupressure and Reflexology was successfully conducted from April 15 to April 20, 2025, offering participants a foundational yet comprehensive introduction to these powerful holistic healing techniques. The workshop focused on the principles of energy flow, the mapping of reflex zones, and the identification of key pressure points used in therapeutic practices. With a blend of theoretical insights and hands-on training, the program provided participants with the tools to address common health concerns such as stress and pain through natural methods.
The objective of the workshop was to equip attendees with the necessary skills to safely and effectively apply acupressure and reflexology for personal or professional use. Through guided sessions, participants learned to locate and stimulate specific points on the body and feet to promote physical and emotional well-being. Emphasis was placed on understanding how to combine both techniques for greater therapeutic impact, enabling participants to confidently address issues such as fatigue, anxiety, chronic pain, and overall energy balance.
A total of 62 students participated in the workshop, engaging actively with the instructors and practice modules. By the end of the training, attendees demonstrated a clear understanding of the core principles and were capable of independently applying the techniques. Participants reported feeling more relaxed, energized, and empowered to manage their own wellness using non-invasive, self-healing approaches. Certification was awarded upon completion, further enhancing the professional value of the experience.
This workshop marked a meaningful step toward promoting alternative wellness practices within the student community.
