The School of Science & Technology (SST), Swami Rama Himalayan University, organized a guest lecture titled “Web3 Unlocked: The Blueprint of the Decentralized Future” on 12th December 2025 at the Adi Kailash Auditorium, SRHU. The session was attended by students of B.Tech, MCA, and B.Sc. Data Science programs and was delivered by Dr. Anuj Kumar Garg, Vice President – Blockchain, Zebpay, New Delhi, an expert in Web3 technologies, decentralized finance, smart contracts, and digital asset management. Prof. (Dr.) Pramod Kumar, Dean, SST, formally welcomed the resource person. During the lecture, Dr. Garg introduced students to the fundamentals of Web3, blockchain architecture, decentralized applications, and smart contracts, supported by real-world case studies from DeFi, supply chain management, digital identity, and tokenization. Live demonstrations of secure wallet usage and smart contract workflows, along with an interactive Q&A session, provided practical insights into industry practices. The lecture also highlighted emerging career opportunities, global trends, and challenges such as scalability, security, and regulatory concerns, making the session highly informative and beneficial for students aspiring to build careers in the Web3 ecosystem.
