School of Yoga Sciences hosted a Guest lecture on the Teachings of Himalayan Yoga Tradition
 A session on the Himalayan Yoga Tradition was conducted at the School of Yoga Science, SRHU on 12th November 2025 led by Mr. Miklós Debrecen Hungary (French Speaker) and Mrs. Monika (interpreter) with assistance from Mr. John, Himalayan Yoga Teacher from Canada. Mr. Miklós introduced the core principles of the tradition, and experiences from Swami Rama Ji & Swami Veda Bharati Ji. They explained the connection between breath and mind, guiding participants through simple breathing techniques and meditation practices to cultivate inner calm.
