Students from the School of Yoga Sciences showcased exceptional talent and discipline at the two-day Yogasana competition organized by the Yoga Sports Federation, held on September 2 and 3, 2023, at Shri Guru Ram Rai University, Dehradun. Competing against top performers from across the district, the students earned several medals, highlighting their dedication to yogic excellence.
Sakshi Nautiyal secured a Gold Medal for her outstanding performance, while Divya Solanki, Srishti Rawat, Sahil Sumit Dhyani, and Aditi Sharma each won Silver Medals. Bronze Medals were awarded to Manvi Nautiyal, Pranjal Rana, Anmol Binjola, Sahil Chauhan, and Shubham Dhoundiyal.
This achievement reflects the high-quality training and commitment of the students and faculty at the School of Yoga Sciences, as well as the growing prominence of yoga as a competitive and holistic discipline.
