Students from the School of Yoga Sciences delivered another remarkable performance at the two-day Yogasana competition organized by the Dehradun District Yogasana Sports Association. The event was held on October 7 and 8, 2023, at Ugate Yogapeeth, Nepali Farm, Rishikesh, and saw strong participation from across the region.
Demonstrating excellence in yogic strength and precision, Alok, Shrishti Rawat, Anchal Dobhal, and Shubham Dhoundiyal each secured Gold Medals. Silver Medals were awarded to Alok Rawat, Mayuri Bhandari, and Neha Rana for their commendable performances. Additionally, Saurav Gairola earned a Bronze Medal, adding to the overall success of the team.
These achievements highlight the consistent dedication, training, and growing success of the students from the School of Yoga Sciences in competitive yoga events at the district and state levels.
