126 patients benefit at free health camp organised by Himalayan Hospital at Toli

Pauri: Himalayan Hospital Jollygrant, organized a free health camp at Gram Sabha Toli, Dudharkhal, Pauri Garhwal. 126 patients were benefitted in this. Along with free check-up of the patients, medicines were also distributed.

Gauri Himalayan School of Science and Technology and Himalayan Sanjeevani Clinic, located in Toli, Pauri Garhwal, organized a free health camp on behalf of the Department of community medicine, Himalayan Institute of Medical Sciences (HIMS).

On this occasion, Dr. Neha Sharma of the Department of Community Medicine conducted a health check-up of the women and informed them about the importance of cleanliness. She gave a lecture on menstruation and also distributed sanitary napkins to women. Dr. Akshay Dua of the Department of Orthopedics informed the patients about knee and shoulder exercises.

Dr. Apoorva Bhandari enlightened the patients about diseases related to nose, ear and throat and their prevention. Dr. Shekhar provided health consultation to the patients suffering from various problems. Village head Toli, Vipin Dhasmana appreciated the organization for holding the free camp.

Around 126 patients benefitted on the occasion. Medicines were also distributed to the patients along with free health check-up. Apart from this, the arrangement for carrying the patients to and fro was also arranged completely free.
