Dr. Som Aditya Juyal, Ph.D. (Marketing), MBA (Marketing & Finance), and UGC-NET qualified, is a distinguished academician with over 25 years of experience in teaching, research, and academic leadership. Currently Professor at HSMS, SRHU, he has published widely in Scopus, WoS, and ABDC journals, holds two patents, and guides multiple Ph.D. scholars. With domain expertise in Marketing, Strategy, and Analytics, he has led FDPs/MDPs, served on IQAC, BOS, and Academic Council, and played a pivotal role in academic quality, curriculum innovation, and institutional development.

Dr. Shweta Sethi is a Professor at the School of Management Studies, Swami RamaHimalayan University, with over 24 years of academic experience. Her specialization lies inHuman Resource Management and Organisational Behaviour. She plays a key role inacademic planning, curriculum development, and research governance, serving on theBoardof Studies, the Academic Planning; Monitoring Committee, and the Departmental Research Committee.Her research interests encompass talent management, employee well-being, industrial relations, expatriate management, and competency mapping. She has authored numerous research papers and case studies published in ABDC- and Web of Science-indexed journals, as well as on prestigious platforms such as The Case Centre and Emerald Publishing. Dr.Sethi has presented her work at various national and international conferences and is actively engaged in capacity building through faculty development programmes and corporate training sessions. In recognition of her contributions to teaching and academia, she was conferred the Best Teacher Award at SRHU in 2018.

He has completed his PhD in Management from Kumaun University,Nainital, Uttarakhand, India. He has more than 24 years for teaching experience. He has participated and presented research papers on national and international conferences on various topics in India. His area of interest is working capital management and venture capital financing.

He was also associated with pharama and banking industry in early days of his professional career. .He has successfully guided five scholars to complete their PhDs in marketing, , he is associated with various universities in multiple capacities, offering his expertise and collaborating on academic initiatives. He has an extensive publication record that spans prestigious Scopus-indexed journals, IGI Global publications, as well as numerous national and international conferences and journals.

Dr Apurvaa Trivedi

Dr. Apurvaa Trivedi, PhD, MBA, MA (Psychology), is an Associate Professor of Human Resources at the School of Management Studies, Swami Rama Himalayan University, Dehradun. With over 18 years of experience in IT, HR, and management education, he has worked with organizations such as HCL Technologies and Halonix and served as a Research Associate at IIT Roorkee. He is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, an MEPSC-certified trainer, and has qualified the UGC-NET in Management. His areas of interest include innovation and design thinking, employee engagement, performance management, circular economy, and sustainability. Dr. Trivedi is actively involved in training and development and has published his research in various national and international journals. He is a life member and currently the Vice Chairman of the Uttarakhand chapters of the Indian Society for Training and Development (ISTD) and the National Institute of Personnel Management (NIPM), contributing significantly to professional development in the region.

Dr. Geeta Rana is an Associate Professor, SMS at Swami Rama HimalayanUniversity, Jolly Grant, Dehradun. She has earned her PhD from Indian Institute of Technology(IIT, Roorkee) in Management. She is also alumnus of Indian Institute of Management Rohtak(IIMR). She is engaged in teaching, research and consultancy assignments. She has more than20 years of experience in teaching and in handling various administrative as well as academicpositions. She has to her credit over more than 80 papers published in refereed Scopus andABDC category journals of Emerald, Sage, Springer, Taylor & Francis, Elsevier, andInderscience. She also presented several research papers in national and internationalconferences. She has authored and edited many books published by Taylor & Francis, Novascience and New Age Publications etc. She has conducted and attended various workshops,FDPs and MDPs. In India and abroad. Dr. Rana is recipient of many National and Internationalaward. Her research interests include Managerial Effectiveness, Employer Branding, Industry4.0, Talent Management, Attractiveness, Knowledge Management and Green Human ResourceManagement.

He also qualified University Grant CommissionNational Eligibility Test in Management (UGC-NET). His area of specialization is Humanresource management & Organizational behaviour (OB). Dr.Sharma has more than 17 years ofcorporate and academic experience. He has conducted many faculty development programs forthe national and international audience. He has published more than 43 research papers inrefereed journals of Emerald, Sage, Springer, IGI Global, and Inderscience. She specializes in Human Values, Communication, EmotionalIntelligence, and Positive Psychology, with a deep commitment to nurturing the holisticdevelopment of students.A passionate educator and lifelong learner Mrs. Ekta Rao has continuously enhanced herpedagogical approach through participation in numerous faculty development programs andworkshops, including those conducted at premier institutes like the Indian Institutes ofManagement (IIMs). These experiences have enriched her ability to blend theory with real-world insights, fostering a learning environment that emphasizes both academic excellence andpersonal growth. In addition to her teaching responsibilities, she is actively engaged inacademic research. She has published several papers in national and international journals.Besides this she has actively contributed to community development. She has organized andfacilitated workshops on Happiness and Emotional Intelligence for school teachers, aimed atpromoting mental well-being and emotional resilience among educators.

Amar Baban Sathe is an Assistant Professor in Himalayan School of Management Studies, SRHU; passed out MBA (Logistics and Production Management) from IBMRD, University of Pune in 2010 and B.E. (Production Engineering) from VJTI, University Mumbai, Maharashtra in 2006. His areas of interest are Operations management, Process management and improvement, Quality for all, Supply Chain Management, Operations research, application mathematics in business, Impulse buying behavior, impact of Mindfulness on behaviour. Also Pursuing Ph.D in Marketing from SRHU, Dehradun.

Dr Gargi Pant Shukla is an Assistant Professor at the School of Management Studies, Swami Rama Himalayan University, Dehradun. She holds a Ph.D. in Finance from Banasthali Vidyapith. With over 16 years of academic experience, Dr. Shukla’s research focuses on financial planning, data analysis, and the impact of emerging technologies on finance. She has published numerous research papers in national and international journals, exploring topics such as investment behavior, risk management, and financial literacy. Dr. Shukla actively participates in academic conferences and workshops, contributing to the advancement of knowledge in her field.
