The goal is not merely to secure jobs but to enable students to enter the workforce with clarity, readiness, and purpose.

Mentorship, Internships, and Industry Readiness

Every student receives individual mentoring from faculty members who guide them throughout their academic journey. This mentorship focuses on identifying strengths, setting goals, and preparing for challenges in the professional world. Internships are embedded in the curriculum and serve as an important platform for students to gain exposure to real-world practices, industry standards, and professional environments. While these internships may not always result in direct job offers, they significantly enhance student confidence, build practical understanding, and strengthen resumes.

Leadership, Entrepreneurship, and Career Launch

In addition to career preparation, we nurture leadership and entrepreneurial thinking through interactive workshops, business simulations, case-based learning, and live projects. Students are encouraged to think beyond traditional career roles and explore innovative and independent pathways. Our graduates have secured positions in various sectors including consulting, finance, real estate, education, and digital services. Notable recruiters include Grant Thornton, Piramal Finance, Realty Assistant, Learning Routes, and Planetspark.
