A 10-day yoga workshop was conducted at Government Adarsh Inter College to promote overall physical and mental health among students and staff. The program included daily guided sessions on yoga postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), meditation, and relaxation methods. Alongside practical exercises, participants learned about the benefits of yoga and how it supports a healthy lifestyle. The workshop resulted in improved physical fitness, better mental focus, reduced stress levels, and greater awareness of well-being, helping to create a positive culture of health within the college community.
