The workshop on Himalayan Yoga Tradition introduced participants to the ancient practices taught by Swami Rama, focusing on physical health, mental clarity, and spiritual growth. It included traditional yoga postures, breathing techniques, meditation, and ethical teachings emphasizing self-awareness and inner harmony. The workshop highlighted Swami Rama’s teachings on balancing body, mind, and spirit to achieve overall well-being.
The main objectives of the workshop were to provide practical training in traditional Himalayan yoga techniques, including asanas, pranayama, and meditation, while also imparting the deeper spiritual and ethical teachings of Swami Rama. It aimed to help students cultivate self-discipline, enhance mental clarity, and develop a balanced lifestyle grounded in inner awareness and holistic well-being.
More than 100 students including faculties and P.h.D Scholars.
The workshop resulted in increased awareness and understanding of the Himalayan Yoga Tradition among Students. Through the teachings of Swami Rama, students experienced improved physical flexibility, better breathing control, and greater mental calmness. Many reported enhanced self-awareness, reduced stress, and a deeper connection with inner peace. The program also inspired students to adopt a more disciplined, mindful, and spiritually aligned lifestyle, reflecting the holistic approach of the Himalayan yogic path.
