School of Yoga sciences is inculcating fundamental and multidisciplinary researches. As yoga and naturopathy are gaining global recognition as complementary approaches to modern medicine. Scientific research highlights yoga's effectiveness in managing stress, anxiety, and chronic diseases. Naturopathy emphasizes the body's self-healing ability through natural therapies and lifestyle changes. Modern studies support its role in improving immunity, digestion, and metabolic health. Integration with evidence-based medicine is enhancing patient outcomes and holistic care. Technological tools like biofeedback and imaging validate physiological effects of these practices. Research is also exploring gene expression changes linked to long-term yoga practice. We wanted to create a combined therapeutic model at SRHU in modern perspective promotes yoga and naturopathy as vital pillars of integrative health. Currently 21 Ph.D. Scholars are perusing their research study at School of Yoga Sciences of SRHU. From 21 Ph.D. Scholars 13 are UGC-JRF qualified and getting Government Fellowship.
