Manager – Incubation Programs & Ecosystem Engagement
Organization: Atal Community Innovation Centre, Swami Rama Himalayan University, Innovation and Incubation Centre (ACIC-SIIC), Swami Rama Himalayan University, Dehradun
Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Manager to support the execution of entrepreneurship programs, incubation support, financial coordination, and ecosystem engagement. This is hands on, early to mid-management role focused on ensuring smooth operations, compliance, and delivery of incubator activities. The role requires close coordination with the CEO, finance team, and external stakeholders while managing day-to-day program and financial workflows. The manager would report to the CEO of ACIC-SIIC
Key Responsibilities
Program Execution & Event Management
- Execute ideathons, workshops, and related events as per defined plans
- Coordinate logistics, timelines, vendors, and participant communication
- Track program progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones
- Maintain program data, documentation, and reports
Financial Coordination & Operations
- Support budgeting and track expenses against approved plans with compliances
- Process payments, reimbursements, and vendor invoices with required documentation, approvals, bookkeeping, and audits
- Assist in compliance with GST, TDS, and institutional financial processes
Grant Management Support
- Ensure adherence to the funding agency guidelines and understanding of the PFMS workflow.
- Assist in preparation of grant proposals and documentation
- Track utilization of funds, preparation of utilization certificates and progress reports
Ecosystem Outreach & Coordination
- Support outreach to startups, mentors, and partners
- Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and stakeholder communication
- Assist in building and maintaining the startup pipeline
Internal Coordination
- Work closely with CEO on execution priorities and reporting
- Coordinate with internal teams (finance, admin, academic departments)
- Work as a team with associates/interns for task execution (as required)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/ Master’s in Business, Finance, Entrepreneurship, or related field
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in program coordination, incubators, or operations
- Working knowledge of financial processes and compliance
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
Preferred Skills
- Proficiency in productivity and data tools (MS Excel, Google Sheets, dashboards)
- Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and application in program management
- Ability to identify opportunities to streamline workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and improve operational efficiency
