Essential Skills· Strong knowledge of Learning & Development practices and training methodologies. · Experience in LMS management and digital learning solutions. · Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. · Expertise in training planning, reporting, and data analysis. · Ability to manage multiple projects and lead cross-functional initiatives. · Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel.

· Plan, implement, and monitor the annual Training & Development calendar.
· Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA) and identify learning interventions aligned with organizational goals. · Develop training content, presentations & assessments · Manage training programs, workshops, and learning initiatives. · Coordinate with internal team and department heads for effective training delivery. · Monitor training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and reports. · Ensure compliance with mandatory training and accreditation requirements. · Lead learning initiatives, employee development programs, and continuous improvement projects. · Guide and support the T&D team in achieving departmental objectives.
