Successful Personality and Professional Development Program Empowers Computer Science and Engineering Students

The Department of Computer Science and Engineering, HSST hosted the Personality and Professional Development Program on 08th May 2024 from 09:40 AM to 10:40 AM at Aryabhatt-I. Ms. Vaishali Gupta led the coordination efforts, while Ms. Garima Kapoor served as the keynote speaker. The event aimed to facilitate personal growth and career success by exploring self-awareness, interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and resilience. It provided participants, including 76 students from BCA Ist A & B.Tech Ist Year, with essential tools for professional advancement. Throughout the program, students actively engaged in various activities, demonstrating their eagerness to learn about interpersonal skills. The sessions were designed to challenge participants to enhance their communication skills through effective strategies. Not only did the event test participants' skills, but it also fosteredcamaraderie and enthusiasm among students. Its primary goal was to instil effective interpersonal skills in students to prepare them for their future endeavours.
