Health camp set up at Gaurimafi in Raiwala Pritinagar
Services provided by doctors from General Medicine, Pediatrics, Ophthalmology, General Surgery, Gynecology, Dermatology, ENT, and Dental departments
A free health check-up camp was organized by Himalayan Hospital Jolly Grant at the Rural Health Training Center in Gaurimafi Raiwala. Around 200 patients received consultations at the health check-up camp.
The health check-up camp was organized by the Community Medicine Department of the Himalayan Institute of Medical Sciences (HIMS), established at Swami Rama Himalayan University (SRHU) in Gaurimafi Raiwala. The camp provided health consultations to around 200 patients by Dr. Shekhar Kushwaha from the General Medicine department, Dr. Mandeep from the Pediatrics department, Dr. Snehi from the Ophthalmology department, Dr. Tejasvi from the General Surgery department, Dr. Vandana Rajput from the Gynecology department, Dr. Anuj from the Dermatology department, Dr. Antara Pant from the ENT department, and Dr. Nidhi from the Dental Surgery department. Various tests, including sugar, BP, and haemoglobin, were conducted for free, along with patient registrations.
A notable aspect of the camp was that MBBS students brought villagers to the health camp under the Family Adoption Program. Dr. Ashok Kumar Srivastava, Dr. Abhay Srivastava, Dr. Neha Sharma, Dr. Chirag Joshi, Dr. Avni Gupta, and Dr. Vaibhav Rana significantly contributed to the camp's operation.
