HIMS Jollygrant Students Participate in Pulse Polio Campaign

M.Sc. and M.Sc. Epidemiology students administered medicine to children door-to-door Dehradun - Students of M.Sc. and M.Sc. Epidemiology at Himalayan Institute of Medical Sciences (HIMS) Jollygrant participated in the Pulse Polio Campaign. The campaign will continue until March 9th.

At Swami Rama Himalayan University (SRHU), postgraduate students from the community medicine department of HIMS, along with M.Sc. and M.Sc. Epidemiology students, are participating in the Pulse Polio Campaign. They are administering polio drops to children door-to-door. The campaign is being conducted under the coordination of Primary Health Center, Raivavala. Dr. Amit Bahuguna, the medical officer of PHC, praised the efforts of HIMS students. Dr. Ashok Kumar Srivastava from HIMS stated that through this campaign, awareness is being raised in society and they are uniting to fight against polio successfully. Dr. Abhay Srivastava also contributed to this campaign.
