Report on the Signing Ceremony of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between SRHU and Findfin Foundation

On 27th November 2024, SRHU and Findfin Foundation signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). The signing ceremony, held in the University Board Room, focused on areas of financial literacy, skill development, cybersecurity
and innovative collaborations between academia and industry. This partnership is envisioned to empower students through diverse initiatives
and contribute to their holistic growth and preparedness for modern challenges.

Objectives of the MoU:

The collaboration encompasses various activities to benefit the student community. Findfin Foundation will provide internship opportunities in diverse sectors,
offering practical experience to SRHU students. The foundation will also support campus placement drives to enhance corporate preparedness and improve career prospects for students.

Workshops and seminars are a significant part of the partnership. Joint sessions on financial literacy, digital safety, cybersecurity and cyber hygiene
will be conducted, alongside technical workshops, symposiums, and conferences featuring industry experts. These activities aim to bridge academic knowledge with real-world practices.

Skill development programs will include financial literacy modules to train students in responsible financial behavior, empowering them to become informed and confident citizens.
Digital safety training will educate students and staff about cybersecurity, cyber laws, and online safety practices, fostering a secure and informed digital environment.

The ceremony concluded with an expression of mutual commitment to achieving the outlined objectives and executing the proposed collaborative activities effectively.
